My goal in building the “Natural Way contest Preparation Guidebook and DVD” was simple:
Create a completely customizable, comprehensive reference guide to show you how to handle every aspect you will encounter over a 16 week contest diet as you prepare to compete in your next bodybuilding or figure show.

Fitness is hard. Eating right in today’s world is challenging and staying consistent is tough enough. That’s just for a fitness enthusiast. Bodybuilding is a whole another world of working out. Natural bodybuilding is about the dedication to eating correctly and workout your body in every angle to build the ultimate physic.

I have personally spent the largest portion of my life completely evolved in fitness training, none more than natural bodybuilding. As a Natural bodybuilder, certified nutritionist and personal trainer, I deal with clients every day who all want the same things, increase muscular tone in some form and reduce body fat. I understand those wants as they fit the mold to bodybuilding 100%. We want to be as lean as possible, with as much muscle possible and reduce as much body fat from our bodyz as possible. It’s in part to those every day experiences that I am truly thankful for the knowledge I am now able to pass on.

In regards to Natural Bodybuilding, as much as I want to pass on all the knowledge I have to clients I have found there is such a broad spectrum of information to pass on no one has enough time or money to just sit and talk about so much. This is impart why I started writing this guide book and building a instruction D.V. D. , to give all the guiding natural bodybuilding information it took me over 20 shows to compile, into one easy to follow format for someone to use to fully understand the world of natural bodybuilding and how to compete.

To train and diet The Natural Way is the best! The Natural Way is the way to weight train and program a healthy nutritional lifestyle. Living a drug free lifestyle is a choice and a dedication to a healthy fitness lifestyle. While the Natural Way Contest Preparation program is a 16 week diet, the simulation is in the off season the goals continue with the same mental preparation to a well balanced diet and training program, the Natural way.

USA Elite Trainers train client yearly using these methods, showing beginners, intermediates and advance clients how to live the Natural Way. The concept as proper nutrition and fitness has been around for hundreds of years, but we have been able to make a realist approach to dieting and weight training and cardio to fit everyday people and fit the daily lifestyle. I personally have built the Natural Way Contest Preparation program from what have learned preparing for the 19 plus shows I have competed in. I regularly go from off season weights of 230-240 down to my contest weight of 197-200lbs. The ability to fine tune every aspect has been tested and regulated to track the best way to handle each scenario you will encounter during your contest diet. I have learned from my failure and also from my successes, so now to offer you the most advanced, best way to contest diet. These theories have been tried and tested on countless clients both those who have wanted weight loss and muscular tone, to those who want to step on stage. The Natural Way has been tried and tested by a number of male and females over the past years. Both female figure competitors and bodybuilders have went from a basic fitness level to a contest ready body in 16 weeks using our program.
